LAS VEGAS -- Staci Jean Pratt has been named legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada.
Pratt comes to Nevada from Kansas City, Kan., where she was the school district homeless liaison. She will be based in Las Vegas. She received her bachelor's degree in history from Dartmouth College and holds law degrees from Boston College and University of London. Pratt also is a licensed master social worker in Kansas.
Her appointment, effective Nov. 1, was announced by Nevada ACLU Executive Director Dane Claussen.
