As a HR Business Partner reporting directly to the HR Manager, key responsibilities include performance management, employee relations advice, policy interpretation, annual performance review, development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies, owning and managing HR based projects and supporting the HR Manager on business initiatives.

In addition to relevant tertiary qualifications, the successful applicant will possess demonstrated ability to consult across a broad range of HR issues and recommend and deliver solutions.? You will have particular strengths in negotiation, influencing and consulting, along with an up-to-date knowledge on a range of HR related practices and processes.
