Bluecube Telecommunications is an independent provider of mobile, landline, broadband and business communications services, based in Lincoln.
Specific duties include dealing with customer service queries, providing technical support, processing new?orders, ensuring new orders are processed and dispatched within timescales,?post duties and to help create?and distribute the monthly customer bills.
Hours?may vary between?24 ? 40?hours per week pro rota. It is envisaged?that the average will be 30 hours per week, paid at the apprenticeship?NMW of ?2.50 per hour.
