As I have become more proactive in being healthier in anyway that I can, at some time or another, all of our families grab a bite of fast food. Sometimes, it?s hard to find the option that is best for eating healthy and you find yourself scrambling.
Arby?s knows that people everywhere want to have healthier options that doesn?t sacrifice good taste. With Arby?s Market Fresh options, you can rest assured you can have a healthier fast food meal.
Arby?s latest creation is the Arby?s Grilled Chicken and Pecan Salad Sandwich, which also comes as a wrap. The Arby?s Market Fresh Chicken Salad brings a new variety to fast food.
When we headed in to Arby?s, I noticed several individuals trying the Pecan Chicken Salad Wrap so I decided to give the sandwich a try.
Arby?s Chicken Salad Sandwich
Large chunks of grilled chicken, crunchy pecans, diced red apples, celery and juicy red grapes all blended together on whole grain flatbread or Arby?s Signature Honey Wheat Bread.
While I can admit firsthand, I am not a big fan of nuts, I loved how crisp the apples were and that hint of sweet grape. I did wish I had picked the wrap as the first few bites I didn?t quite get the chicken salad so I opened the sandwich out to spread it out more. It was definitely a sandwich for when you were hungry as the bread was hearty and thick.
Having the chicken salad sandwich option was a nice alternative to the typical fried and greasy foods you think of when it comes to eating fast food. Sometimes it?s okay to have that burger we all love but we all know that it can?t be an all the time thing, why it?s so awesome Arby?s has created what they have.

Subway?s Orchard Chicken Salad

The Subway Chicken Salad is currently a $5 Footlong. My husband wanted to give this a try with me. While our Subway is known for letting their bread get a little ?dry?, the salad had a bit of a sweeter flavor to it then the Arby?s sandwich but, I also assume this could be because of the ability to customize your sandwiches more at Subway.
